Clean room, friendly staff, with a great location just steps from the Neubaugasse underground stop, making exploration convenient and hassle-free.

Everything met my expectations.

The location was perfect and excellent, next to an underground station. Shopping malls and a main shopping street were right next door. The suite was newly decorated with a newish bathroom, the bed was very clean. The breakfast was exceptionally nice and the parking was nearby.

The location was perfect, with access to the subway and the iconic St Stephen's Cathedral. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed the daily room cleaning with fresh towels provided each time. I loved the fine city view from my window.

The surrounding area could be a bit noisy at times.

Courteous service, exceptionally nice breakfast with pastries and cheese and nice bread. Nice building and rooms with fabulous views. Central location, not very far from renowned museums.

The owner was very helpful. He showed us how to find all the sights we wanted to see using the metro. We asked for a wake up call and they were on time every morning. I felt very comfortable here as a woman traveling with teens. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very nice. Not right in the center of old town but on a street with shops and right near the metro.

I stayed for 2 nights with my family, primarily to explore Vienna's attractions. The room was a decent size, and we appreciated the cleanliness and the amenities provided, like the shampoo and body soap. , just a short walk away. While we did experience some noise from the street, the windows helped minimize it, which was a plus.

We had very very good breakfasts with cheese and fruits and nice bread. Everything was simply fine.

Great location on the main shopping street, in a walking distance to the city centre and to the metro station. Very nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast buffet.

The entrance to the hotel is in the 1st floor of the building, which does not create a very nice impression upon arrival.

Positive, I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the espresso machine and fridge in the room. It's just a short walk to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very close to down town, metro station is only few steps away. It is located in main shopping street if you are interested and there is a nice wine bar Wine & co (near dm store, 200-300m across the street) and Starbucks close to hotel.

Save your time

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location. Just 100 meters from the subway and within walking distance to major sights, it's perfect for exploring the city. My room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with essentials. Despite some noise from the street, the windows kept disruptions at bay was good.

Nice room

The hotel is on the 5th floor and there is no lift, and upon arrival I was warned that I need to be careful with my things, as they can't guarantee that it won't be stolen.

It was just a balanced option for a brief pause in Vienna with very good value for money. The staff created a cute atmosphere and genuinely made me feel at home . Plan arrival time in advance as parking can be tricky.
